Service And Retail Guarantee
ONU Salon guarantees all services and retail products. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know right away and we will do everything we can to make it right. If the products you purchase are not to your liking, feel free to bring them back and we will be happy to exchange them within 30 days of purchase and with the original receipt. Some conditions apply.
Late Policy
We look forward to giving you a great experience. In order to get the most out of your scheduled time, it is important to arrive on time. Guests who are over 15 minutes late may require modification to their scheduled appointment. If your goals cannot be met with the suggested modifications and you prefer to reschedule, the late cancellation policy will be in place. You will never be charged if you need to cancel or reschedule due to our tardiness.
Cancellation Policy
When booking an appointment at ONU Salon , we require a card on file and the following policy applies: We kindly ask that if you need to change, cancel, or reschedule your reservation that you notify us within 48 hours’ notice. Text reminders, emails and/or phone calls will go out to you two days before your scheduled appointment. Any appointment canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a fee priced at 50% of scheduled service.
No-Show Policy
Appointments missed without notice will be subject to a fee priced at the full cost of the service. The card listed on file under the guest’s profile will be subject to immediate charge at the time of the missed appointment.
Prices Are All-Inclusive
Haircuts or hair styling include a shampoo, scalp massage and style. All hair service appointments need to include a haircut or hairstyle. While we strive to make our all-inclusive strategy work across the board, we do have to add cost for extra-thick or extra-long hair when necessary, as well as for additional color, if required. This additional cost (if applicable) will be discussed in your consultation.
Child Policy
While we do not have child prices, we love to take care of them. If a child becomes temperamental or will not sit still for the service, we will not perform the service. Please know that because of both the chemicals and implements we require, this decision has been made in the best interest of the child.
Gift Card Policy
Gift cards are not transferable once registered, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. The ONU Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
Online Booking
Online is for your convenience. Prices are set as an average cost for the service being booked. There may be additional charges due to the length and thickness of hair or if additional services are needed. Online booking is not refundable and all policies apply.
