Service and Retail Guarantee.
ONU Salon guarantees all services and retail products. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know right away and we will do everything we can to make it right. If the products you purchase are not to your liking, feel free to bring them back and we will be happy to exchange them with original receipt. Some conditions apply.
Designer levels.
We offer different levels of designers based on their experience and education level.
Designer One are new team members of ONU Salon and most are new to the industry. All designers start as a design one. They are licensed professionals trained by our team of educators to guide you through ever-changing trends.
Designer Two are ONU Salon team members who have trained and honed their talent and now have the responsibility of growing new team members into a superior ONU designer.
Designer Three are incredibly talented, driven and are the leaders of the ONU team. Designers of this quality raise the bar of what being an ONU designer is. They guide the team through all phases of growth at ONU Salon.
Cancellation policy.
We're excited to serve you. As a courtesy to your designer, please notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. Without proper notice, a $30 fee will be incurred for late cancellations, and a $30 fee per service will be incurred for no-shows.
Prices are all-inclusive.
All experiences (haircuts or hair styling) include a shampoo, scalp massage and style lesson. All hair service appointments need to include an experience. Most clients will be an experience two. While we strive to make our all-inclusive strategy work across the board, we do have to add cost for extra-thick or extra-long hair when necessary, as well as for additional color, if required. This additional cost (if applicable) will be discussed in your consultation.
Child policy.
An adult must accompany children under 12 receiving salon services. If a child becomes temperamental or will not sit still for the service, we will not perform the service. Please know that because of both the chemicals and implements we require, this decision has been made in the best interest of the child.
Gift card policy.
Gift cards are not transferable once registered, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. The ONU Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
